1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mas9 ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the mas9 online entertainment platform, including the official website at mas9.app, the mobile app for Android and iOS, and all services, content and products offered through this platform.

By accessing or using any part of the mas9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement applies whether you register an account or simply browse the platform as a guest.

2 Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use mas9 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Be legally eligible to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not prohibited by any local, national or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion programme on any other gambling platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.

Mas9 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Acceptable documents include a MyKad national identity card, a valid Malaysian passport or other official identity documents recognised by the relevant authorities.

3 Registration, Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at mas9. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details, are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date. mas9 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

• Your account password is strictly confidential and entirely your responsibility.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• Please contact mas9 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for added account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Mas9 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set, though specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits will be credited to your account within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes of approval. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. The following are withdrawal conditions you should be aware of:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• If a bonus has been received, the applicable wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Mas9 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before approving a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account details are entirely the user's responsibility.
• Mas9 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Mas9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met within the specified period before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Mas9 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Users found exploiting or abusing any bonus system will forfeit those bonuses and may be subject to further action.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Duplicate accounts registered solely to claim bonuses will be suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

6 Game Rules & Betting Activity

All games offered on the mas9 platform, including slot games, live casino, sports betting and other games, are operated using software and algorithms that have been audited and certified by independent third parties to ensure fairness and randomness of results.

Users are responsible for understanding the specific rules of each game before participating. Winnings are calculated based on the game rules in effect at the time of play. In the event of any discrepancy between the on-screen display and server records, the mas9 server records shall be deemed final.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Mas9 reserves the right to void any wager found to involve fraud, manipulation or a breach of the rules.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the mas9 dispute resolution policy.
• The use of bots, automated software or other unauthorised methods to play is strictly prohibited.

7 User Conduct & Responsibility

Mas9 users are required to interact with the platform and other users in a responsible, respectful and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the mas9 platform:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the mas9 platform's security systems.
• Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information to other users.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with the mas9 team or other users.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Impersonating a mas9 employee or another user.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Mas9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, or for other reasons deemed appropriate by mas9, including:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Failed KYC verification or refusal to submit requested documents.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mas9 support team via live chat. Any remaining funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user once all withdrawal conditions have been met and the verification process is complete.

9 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the mas9 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, images, audio, video and software, is the property of mas9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Malaysian and international copyright laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the mas9 platform without prior written consent from mas9. Unauthorized use of mas9 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The mas9 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, mas9 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or meet your specific expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mas9 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Game outcomes based on a random system whose fairness and randomness have been independently verified.

In all circumstances, mas9's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Mas9 values your privacy. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are fully governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Mas9 complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all aspects of handling users' personal data. Your data will not be sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as stated in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

12 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Mas9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mas9 platform. We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes via in-platform notifications or your registered email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the mas9 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
